WiE Stand at London Hopper Colloquium, 15th May

The 8th London Hopper Colloquium will be held on Tuesday, 15 May 2012 at BCS London Office, UK. The IEEE Women in Engineering (WiE) affinity group of Queen Mary University of London will have a publicity stand at the event. Please come and talk to us!

London Hopper takes place at the BCS headquarters in Central London, with support from Queen Mary, University of London; IBM; EPSRC and the BCS Academy.

Welcome to the Queen Mary University of London IEEE Student Branch.

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), is the world's leading professional association for the advancement of technology. To foster an interest in the engineering profession, the IEEE also serves student members in colleges and universities around the world.

The IEEE Student Branch is the local organisation of the IEEE on campus to be in contact with and helping student members gain the most benefits from their IEEE membership.

Inline with the vision and mission of IEEE, we organise various branch events for our student members. The events range from science and technical seminars to career support, and personal development. These events will be informative and relevant to student members of all levels, from undergraduates to PhD research students.
